Disability Awareness in Schools
The LAPD has been delivering Disability Awareness in
Schools for 10 years, in this time we have developed the
programme and now cover several disabilities.
All our volunteers have experience of disability and
present workshops in Comprehensive and Grammar schools
in Lincolnshire.
We normally present to year 7 (11 year olds)
Feed back and evaluation of these days are very
positive, with year on year bookings.
